They want 10 YEARS of employment history. This is more than when I applied for a government contractor position with USCIS!
oh no listen to this I once applied and put available anytime day or night didn't matter. I went to follow up on it since on one had called and was told that my availability wasn't good enough.![]()

I applied for a job at Target and never even got a call back. I've gone to college, held jobs for years at a time, and consider myself a desired employee. The application took almost an hour to fill out. I am still annoyed by it.![]()
Whenever I go in their shopping and see the people that work in there I wonder why they were hired and not me. Really ticks me off. Sorry, rant over.
People are usually surprised about how rigorous the Walmart hiring process actually is. I always hear people say "well, I could just go get a job at Walmart" and smile to myself, because it isn't that easy.
Walmart has a career assessment test that you need to take as part of the application and it takes forever.
