Walmart saving catcher app?

Anyone have this app? I had my rewards but redeemed for egift card. Is there any way I can upload that e-card to the app? I thought there was a giftcard button you hit for rewards to transfer . I was thinking it was kinda like the target app where you just upload gift cards to phone app and just show barcode.

My goal is to save up my rewards and use for my daughter Bday party supplies and food. Thanks

I thought the same thing but found out from the cashier that you have to request the ecard and present it to the cashier. Sure would be a nice upgrade to the app if you could have it loaded there instead. As slick as the app is for scanning your receipt, I'm surprised it isn't one of the features.

I did it some how before but cant remember how I did it. I've been having trouble with my app. I couldn't log in from my phone but I can online. On my phone the password is wrong but online its right. I updated and still same issue. turned off my phone and turned it back on and now it works. I just thought there was a credit card button that you could upload the rewards after approval. I know the last time I didn't have an ecard.

Do the credits expire? I have this and used it a bit earlier this year but wasn't really sure what I was doing. I ended up collecting the credits and getting the email with the barcode. I then just kept those emails in my inbox (on phone) and left them there until I remembered to use them. It was many months later and I was able to use them at checkout without an issue. Maybe you can do this - just save the emails in your inbox until you are ready to use them?

I have not seen anything in the "Help" section that indicates the Reward dollars expire, but I'd be curious to know if someone has. I'd hate to lose mine by waiting too long. You can allow your Reward Dollars to accumulate within the app before you request a gift card (bar code) to be emailed to you. That may be easier so you only have one e-gift card barcode to keep track of and have the cashier scan.

The last time I did it I pushed the button and then it sent me the e-gift card to my email address. I think it took 3 business days to get it. When I used it, I just pulled the gift card up on my email on my phone and they entered the numbers that way.

Oh the credits weren't much. I think I had a total of $4.56 in 3 different emails! It was hardly worth the effort of getting the app, scanning in the receipt, waiting days and clogging up my email box until I used them. I haven't scanned a receipt since then - haha.

My husband & I use this app. We are hoping to be able to partially pay for a 40" flat screen TV for our bedroom. Between our two cards we have about $150. We will probably will buy it at SAM's so the gift card should work.

I was trying to use it, then when it emailed me a gift card it didn't work even though it used my credits.

They send an e-card to your email. When you go through the line, pull up the email, let the cashier scan it. That's it. I accumulated just over $100 in a few months, and now I make sure I scan every receipt. I've gotten money back on things that I didn't know were on sale at other stores.
