Got my three miles in today. 
Took the weekend off, wish I hadn't but, there it is.
I need to be taking this time for me or I'm going to fall into depression and gain back a bunch of weight. Sigh. The changes really do need to be forever.
Going to a local 4th celebration at DS#2 college campus today. Should be fun and I'll be getting out of the house.

I had told myself that after a few days of doing this, it wasn't working. (It was.)
) I took "a day off". A week later,
I'm hoping it's just water weight. That whole "my stomach seems more toned" thing was lost too.

So, I'll be taking a break until this heals.
