Thanks, Where'sPiglet! The blister is all better. I will take your advice on the socks. I'm afraid now that a blister is the least of my walking hurdles ... I fell today and either broke or badly sprained my foot/ankle.So, I'll be taking a break until this heals.

ouch! Hope you have a speedy recovery.
I did my 3 miles but had to slow down my speed to 2.8. I tried doing 3.0 and felt something pulling in my foot so i slowed down. Since my chiropractor adjustment on sat I noticed that this time my foot and right leg felt stiff so hopefully next adjustment will be better
