Waitlisted no more

Last week I was moaning (OK, whining) about being waitlisted at SSR for 3-7 Dec. Called today to see if I'd asked for waitlist anywhere or just SSR. Was told I was only waitlisted at SSR, but then the words I needed to hear. "We have a match for you at SSR. Do you still want it?" Woo Hoo!!!! You bet I want it. So now my bro, s-in-l and I can celebrate my b-day with Mickey and the gang. I am SO-O-O-O happy.

I called yesterday and moved my ressies from SSR to OKW, I wonder if you got my previous room? Our trip is 12/05 through 12/15.

First I want to say congrats for getting the rooms you were looking for!

I have been on the wait list for a studio for the exact same days, for any resort, for over a month (at the 7 mo. window)

I called today and they said there still is nothing available.

It is just killing me with the waiting!!!

How long were you on the wait list? I called the first hour of the 7 mo. window and still have not heard anything.

I have called on two different occasions, my wait list had come through. I would call again.

I really hope it comes through soon! It is great to hear that some are comming though. I know it is going to be beautiful at Disney with the Christmas decorations - you will have so much fun!

This will be our first year at our home resort VWL for the holidays. I hope we will get to share it with our extended family. I am hopeful since it is nearly 6 months away.

Way to go Kathy! Ya gotta love those annual passes! The weather is just so perfect that time of year and the beautiful music and decorations always put a smile on my face. Unfortunately with dd being a new freshman in high school, those seasonal trips are getting tougher to schedule.
Anyway, you'll have fun I'm sure. And if I don't sell my BCV contract, I'll be "forced" to take an unplanned trip this fall or winter before our points expire. Fun!!
