How do I know when or if my waitlist comes through??

You can log into the DVC member website and look up your vacation details. If the waitlist comes through, then it will be reflected there. Further, MS will send out a confirmation letter, as well. Some people have had success calling MS about their waitlist, while others report that CMs have told them, "you'll be notified if it comes through." Good luck.

We usually just check the website. Its updated faster than the paper confirmation gets out. We've had good luck so far this year - waitlist has come through 3 times so far! 2 ocean view rooms at VBR in June and 6 nights in a studio at VGC this November

Yes, good luck and thanks for asking the question. I'm trying to a little bit of a juggle myself for the week after Christmas, and didn't realize that if you wait list and it comes through, they just 'give' you the reservation. I thought they'd notify you first!
