OK I ordered my first webbie...and now I wait...they took the points out of my account-but I havent seen anything RE: my webbie...how long do I have to wait? How will the contact me and how will I recieve it?
Please help...I'm patiently waiting...but more afraid that I might have done something wrong...

Some RPs are pretty good about getting webbies out in a timely fashion. CR and MyPoints are pretty quick (usually in just a couple of weeks). Memolink will take over a year. Blink is also very slow (several months to a year).

Almost always, the delay is on the part of the RP, not Webcertificates. Every once in a while, your ISP may block Webcertificates email (treating it like SPAM). If you contact the RP and get a response that they have already sent it, then you may need to call Webcertificates. They can activate a webbie over the phone for you or resend the webbie.

I think it may have been a couple of weeks or so...I'll check with mypoints and then see what to do next-thank you!

If it's coming from MyPoints, you'll get an email from MyPoints that says "Your MyPoints Webcertificate from MyPoints" in the subject.

In the message is a link to redeem your webbie.

evan better-I dont think I've gotten one of those yet!

Usually after you order, and the points disappear from your "pending", you usually get it in a week and a half to two weeks. Mondays and Thursdays seem to be popular.... I'm sure it will come, just takes a few weeks. But makes all that work worth it!
