Waiting to here back from Disney on ROFR

Heard last night that we passed Paperwork was submitted on 9/15 and we heard back on 10/8. A bit more than 3 weeks! Now I just have to wait for closing

I called. I'm "next in line." Apparently, the results come in on Tuesdays, although yesterday they received some notices.

It was based on the order the sales were sent in, and the order they were coming back, from the real estate agent.

Tomorrow makes day 21 so I am holding my breath. Kenn said he thinks this has a really good shot of passing but I think I need all the pixie dust I can get.

I have put in another offer of $83 pt for AKV. I am crossing my fingers. It to 3 weeks for my first offer to be bought back by Disney.

I just heard that Disney bought back the contract under ROFR. I guess I will have to try again. I wonder what the record is for the most buy backs.

Yes, well, how fast priorities change...I have been obsessed for 4 months with trying to buy a contract and worrying about passing ROFR.
I had to take my hubby to the ER. Emergency surgery I just pray everything will be ok.

Thank you, we need them. He is not progressing very well and a CAT scan today will tell if he needs more time to heal or, worse case, they will need to reoperate. Hoping for the best!!
