Waiting to here back from Disney on ROFR

We just got the email that Disney waived their ROFR!!!!! The timeline and details so far are:

VWL 150 points August UY
$76 offered, buyer pays all closing and maintenance costs

8/13: sent to Disney for ROFR
9/4: got notified that Disney waived the ROFR!!!

We're waiting to hear as well. We're first-time buyers who are hoping to purchase into VWL. Our contract went to Disney on 08/26 so I know we have a few weeks to wait. Waiting is hard when you're not a patient person!!!

We are the one who got ROFRd for an AKV contact at $80 per point. Now we are waiting to hear about another AK contract ($85 per point). Submitted 8/31, so it has only been 2 weeks. Hopefully we will hear soon because we will be at WDW the end of September.

The ROFR took 30 days for our first resale, but the contract had to be rewritten. The second one was, I think, only 6 days. I knew that was a fluke, but I was hoping for somewhere in the middle.
