Waiting to here back from Disney on ROFR

We got the email yesterday that Disney waived ROFR. We bought 160 pts at SSR for $67/pt. We submitted on the 1st so it took 29 days. Good luck to everyone still waiting!! It's the worst!!

Well, heard back from Scot today...Disney bought back our contract Again..this is the 2nd time Disney ROFR'd. And the 3rd contract that didn't go through. 3 strikes and we may be out! Don't know what to do.........

We just got the call tonight that Disney passed our SSR resale contract!!
Our contract was sent to Disney August 4 (I believe) and we found out today, so it is taking almost the month - Be patient, although I know it IS HARD!!!
(Our contract was for 150 points, $70/point so I think it was reasonable on both sides)

Disney must have had a member that really wanted a June use year..TSS really thought this one would have passed ROFR.

Our latest attempt just went to Disney for ROFR yesterday. Fingers crossed! AGAIN!!!
You should hear something by the end of the week...give your agent a call and good luck!
