Wait List/booking question

So my home Resort is AKV.
Say I book to stay Sept 13-19.
But at seven months out I would like to stay at BWV's
My question is: What is considered 7 months out?
Feb is 7 months out.
Can I call Feb 1st?
Do I have to wait till Feb 13th?
Or do I have to wait till Feb 19th?
Or do I have to wait till exact 210 days out? (7 months x 30 days=210)

7 months would be 2/13.

You'd call Feb 13. Should be able to book your whole visit at that time. Assuming there is availability
