Wagons?

I'm curios to know why wagons are not allowed at Disney theme parks?

tripping hazard, people don't pay attention to the stuff they are pulling behind them, and what would you do with them on busses, and monoralis etc. is my guess

Because its pulled behind you and you can't see what is going on behind you.
You could run into someone with it or someone could trip over it if they are not looking down.

I personally wish they would stop allowing those small carry on size rolling suitcases into the parks for the same reason already stated.
I never understand why people don't use the inexpensive Lockers at each park. ???

Guess we are the parents that hawk our kids, we have 3yo twins and 20month and it would sure be nice for us to use our 3 cart wagon. I always pull the kids while the wifey trails the rear so those accidents like you mention don't happen. However other parents probably wouldn't do the same.

We stay away from the leashes also, our kids are not dogs

to give you an example of what can happen even with what you say you guys do. you are pulling wagon down a walkway, someone sees you coming with a space between you and your wife not looking for low wagon and tries to go between you guys. person trips falling on to your kids. and yes I have seen people miss strollers in front of you and you have to stop short. for your family you are looking at a double stroller plus a single
