VWL to AKL

We will be staying at the VWL and wanted to check out AKL for dinner. What is the best way to get there. I will not have a car. I assume that I could take the boat to MK and then get a bus for AKL, but I wanted to know if there was a quicker/better/more convenient way. Thanks.

You can also hop on the bus to one of the parks or Downtown Disney. With those options including the boat to MK plan on at least an hour travel time each way. You can also arrange for a taxi or car service...not sure of what it would cost though.
