VR next Wed - Getting nervous about not hearing from coordinator

DH and I are renewing our vows through Orlando Weddings; I've heard such great things about Rev Tim. We're having the ceremony at Leu Gardens and a brunch at Ohana. I wanted to get photos taken at Poly between the ceremony and brunch, which is beyond the contract in the package. I'd like to pay extra to do this and I requested this months ago when we started planning, but I haven't heard back from Rev Tim about it. I've tried emailing him a few times in the past couple weeks (most recently on Tuesday) and still haven't heard back. Since it's only 5 days away, I went ahead and scheduled a PhotoPass session. It's definitely not ideal, but I figured at least I'd have some pictures.

What else should I do? I don't want Rev Tim to feel like I'm pestering him by calling in addition to emailing. But at the same time, I feel like I'm paying a lot for a service and I'm willing to pay even more, so I should at least get a response. It makes it difficult to plan from a distance when I don't know what's going on. Any suggestions?

I would say to keep calling until you get someone on the phone. Maybe call a little on the off hours to see if they answer. Hang in there I am sure it will be ok.

Phew...he responded! Everything was set up, so there was no need for me to worry. It's just a little unsettling when you keep trying to reach someone and they don't get back to you.
