Basically a interactive live NPC. He's a walking trashcan that you can talk to and he will response with actual answers like if it was a real person.

There's also a spoiler of the guy controlling him accidentally giving himself away in a store with push but I won't post it.

Oh, I just loved that! I was having fun watching Buzz Lightyear reacting
to PUSH. First Buzz has a knee-slap reaction to the singing.

Then Buzz totally rocks out with PUSH, doing a little air-guitar between
autographs and photos, and then some serious boogie down action.

I was cracking up the entire time watching this video. Thanks for sharing it.
