Viva Italia - what time is welcome reception?

Hello All. Does anyone remember what time the welcome reception was on Day 1 of Viva Italia? I am booking a tour for that day, but don't want to miss out on the reception and dinner. Any helpers with good memory?

We met in the lobby at 5.30 and then went upstairs for drinks and then i think dinner started around 6 or 6.15
