Vistana - Falls/Courts sections

Hi,

I just booked a two bedroom at the Vistana for November for 149.00 a night using the Allearsnet code. This rate stated that there are two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, so I guess the unit would be in the Falls or Courts sections.

My question is, are these sections really that bad? I don't mind dated, but are they clean? Is one section better than the other? Is one closer to amenities than the other?

Thanks for any advice.

Our first timeshare exchange in 1996 was into the Falls section. We liked it so much we bought our second timeshare week at Vistana soon afterwards.

I've read many reviews of both of these sections and about 90% say the units are just fine. Some particularly like them. The Falls is very near much of the recreation, and is in a quieter second of the resort.

Since you're renting, if you get there and your unit is unacceptable, I would expect you to ask to be moved. The resort is normally very customer friendly. Since November is not peak time, they should have units available should you get a bad one.

The resort, of course, is very nice and very convenient to Disney. My kids prefer it to any of the others in Orlando, even if some of the others are newer or fancier.

We stayed in the Courts a few years ago. The interior had been redone, and was nice, and the area in general was central to everything. It had an apartment feeling to it, and was really laid back. We liked it.
