Hi - Just wondering if anyone has visited Orlando in Feb recently? I went a few years ago but it was unusually cold - averages seem about 70- 75 degrees.

What are others experiences with the weather that time of year - we got a great flight deal with Virgin for Feb half term ;) so thought it was worth a risk.

We have been twice in feb, first time weather was perfect(mid70s -low 80s), it was warm enough for shorts and t shirts and just a light fleece at night, it never rained once.second time it was a lot colder in the mornings and evenings, we pretty much had the pool to ourselves some days One morning the temp was low 50s. The plus side is in feb is it hardly rains and the crowds (apart from a holiday weekend) are fairly light.

Thanks for the reply - Sounds just our cup of tea :-)

We went this year Feb 22-March 2 and the weather was great. Started off in the morning in the low 60's so we would wear a light jacket. Got up to the high 70's and low 80's every single day. First 2 days were actually quite warm. Swimming every day was possible. There was one day of rain, but only about an hour and then it stopped. Our last day there was only in the high 60's, but the sun was out and it was great. Better than being in Michigan snow! Enjoy!

Yes this is what we found as well when we went in the February. I was a bit dubious about what the weather would be like but we really loved it.
We found we had to wear layers as it was chilly in the morning and chilly to cold in the evenings but fantastic during the day. Would go again in the Feb if we couldn't do the November (by far our fav time of the year):)

Thanks for the info - we have 2 youngish kids so prefer it not too hot. Sounds perfect TBH :)

We jan 31st - feb 14th this year and are going jan 30th - feb 13th next year. We loved it. The weather was so comfortable we had one very hot day. We thought our first few mornings were fresh but I think that's because we were out so early having just arrived we were always up early. Though the weather was lovely we did notice it was a lot chillier when we had been swimming.

We went Feb last year. It was few days with t-shirt and shorts, but a few days with light jacket. It is much better than the heat of the summer though.
