I was beta 1; no people or chat for me.

And how do you get into the wild west area? I tried from the "crossroads" but I couldn't get in.

Try hitting refresh first. That's how I got it to work.

I *still* can not get logged in I did the register for those that pre-registered and it still sends me to the login screen I wrote to the *hopefully-not-black-hole* and am anxiously awaiting their response.

Wandering the house wondering what do to next ... go back and play Wii or hang it up for the day and go watch a movie

Okay, so I finally got out of my room and have been able to travel through the different places...very cool...got to see Stonehenge even...a street with Merlin's, the wild west, etc. The only thing is that I don't see any other people anywhere. What exactly are we supposed to do?

I never got an email confirming registration either, but have had no problem logging in today.

Maybe delete cookies and try again?

I guess it is back to playing the Wii, as I have used email addys, character names, and first names with NO LUCK at all

There has not been emails to confirm registration. I suspect they are too busy with all the problems to get that set up. What does it do when you go to the play now? Should send you to the log in page where you enter your user name and your password, then enter the [Submit Query]. It will then send you into the game. Now notice that is says username, not character name. When you registered, did you by chance choice a different user name than your character name? Or maybe you have a different password then what you are typing now? If you don't type in the correct information that you used when you register, it just kicks you right back to the blank log in page, it doesn't give you a message that tells you aren't recognized.

You are having trouble with one of the beta bugs. Sometimes when you log in you can't see anyone else. I don't know if we are sent to like a different instance (like in vmk north-east) that is empty, or if the information is just not showing up in your files. I suspect the later since even if I stay on when this happens, nobody ever shows up. Just keep trying, log on again. Usually if I can see my own chat, then I know I have a chance that I might be able to see other people. If I can't, then I hit refresh and log in again. and again.

Tigger, I'm so sorry. Somewhere the information you preregistered with and what you are using now doesn't match exactly. Did you by chance use a different email than you normal do? Since back when we did it, the preregister screen never confirmed what you typed in, you might have done a typo then, and now that you are doing it right it doesn't match :-(
I sure that the *hopefully-not-black-hole* will eventually be able to get you corrected, but they have so many problems that it might be awhile. Rats! So sorry!
