Cheers,

interesting how the same page contains 'profits jump at Virgin Atlantic'

come on Sir Richard, have a heart!

Don't know about anyone else but i am seriously cheesed off with Virgin at the moment - luggage allowence decrease, fuel charges and waiting for what seems like hours to get through on the phone!!! Questioning why on earth I even travel with them??? :furious:

I totally agree with u Girlsontour, all it seems to be lately is poor Virgin Customer service and them making more & more demands on their customers. People vote with their feet, watch out Virgin you wont have any customers left soon :furious:

I'm seriously hacked off too.................... Husband has told me the only way we will go to Orlando next year for 7 nights day and 7 nights cruise is if we DONT use VIRGIN.

Like everyone says, their service is extremely poor,( on hold today for over 30 minutes!) and all these cuts are making them no difference to any other airline, in fact some may say they are worse than others, such as First Choice, who are working hard to earn customers ( like virgin did years ago)

I WAS going to hire a Hummer from Virgin as a surprise for Husband, however on principle now, ive gone elsewhere.

The only thing that will make Virgin "sit up and smell the coffee" is loosing customers which equals money. Do they atually READ any of these boards ???????????? They should !!!

Personally we dont use them unless we can help it AA is great if you dont mind a one stop or the drive from Miami 34" leg room standard and great service, alternatively try travelcity direct, it is charter but its a jumbo non stop flight with many choices of seat you can even fly first class for a fraction of virgins upperclass charges

We've never booked a package trip before. Anyway on Sunday I went ahead and booked a package for 2007 with Virgin. Now I'm seriously considering cancelling it, and booking everything separately!
