Why are some Good Neighbor hotels not listed on Disneyland.com?

Take Park Vue Inn and Desert Inn and Suites as a good example. What do they have to do to get on the list on the website? Though I imagine the managers/owners made a decision not to be on it. I've stayed at both. Sometimes I book the hotel separately, but there's times I prefer to book online with a package, as I did for my August 2026 trip.

While definitely a neighbor, I don't believe Park Vue has ever had the Good Neighbor designation. To get the designation, they have to pay Disney, and agree to set aside a certain number of rooms for Disney to have on their site. There isn't additional criteria-- no cleanliness standards or such. I've stayed at both Park Vue and Desert Inn and Suites, and both are always clean enough, obviously close, and I'd stay again if it wasn't for their $$$ prices. (I've become a Majestic devotee, where I spend under $150/night even in high season.)
