Hi,
I've exchanged Disney vouchers twice before. On neither occasion did the voucher state a particular park that the vouchers needed to be exchanged at, but only that they could be exchanged at any customer service desk in any of the parks and at some of the hotels. As it happens I did exchange my first set at AK while the second set I exchanged at the TTC. However, I should point out that neither of these voucher exchanges involved 10 day passes.
I'm a bit puzzled as to why you're being offered vouchers for 10 day passes. My understanding is that 10 day passes are only available for purchase in the UK and therefore have to be issued in this country. Maybe that AK now has a stock of these passes and that's why you have to exchange them there?
Anybody else shed any light on this?
Paul
