Viewing MNSSHP Fireworks

We will be at WDW from 10/8 to 10/15 with MNSSHP tickets for the 14th. Since MK is also closed early on 10/8 for another MNSSHP night, would we be able to view the fireworks from Cali Grill? Is the show significantly different from Wishes?

The show is even more spectacula than Wishes. You would be able to see it from the usual out of park viewing areas.

MNSSHP is also on 10/12 (that's when we'll be going). So if you miss the fireworks on the 8th, you may be able to catch them on the 12th.

I respectively disagree that the MNSSHP fireworks are more spectucular than Wishes, at least not last year. The fireworks show is the old Fantasy in the Sky show, with a witch instead of Tink flying. Last year I was excited because Wishes had just premiered and I thought that they would do a special version of Wishes, but it was FITS again. The rumor is that is what it will be again this year, but we won't know for sure until someone reports back on the 10/1 party. I was not a fan of FITS, especially when you compare it to Wishes, which is just wonderful. FITS is just a let down, in my opinion.
