So I booked a reservation for Via Napoli over the phone and I was trying to retrieve my ressie online and it keeps saying that they are unable to retrieve. Should I be worried?

No, I wouldn't be. I tried to do several things this morning and got errors. I would try back later today.

We tried this (we being me and a few others of us on these boards) last week or so and got the same result. It's something to do with Via Napoli and the online system. If you need to, call them to verify.

Thanks for the reassurance! I called and everything seems fine
