Via Napoli Queue for ADR's who will be with me???

I'm glad everyone seemed to get their online reservations!! At 7:01 Am EST there was already a 30 minute hold volume on the phone. I'm sure not just do to Via Napoli. I had the perfect storm of long wait times and IE was giving me the dreaded (Not Responding). I was able to book for 5:45 on November 13th. Hopefully we can snack around the World Marketplaces for lunch and then try Via Napoli for dinner.

Anyone else experienciing problems with the online reservation system once you enter your information? The last 3 ADR's including this one I have never made it through the last screen where the Mickey ears scroll across, and it states to not refresh the browser. I have needed to close the screen then go back into My Reservations and they have always been there but I just never get through the confirmation screen. Strange!?!

Enter Via Napoli in the Enter a Restaurant Name box. Once you type "Via" It will pop up two choices Olivia's Cafe first and Via Napoli next. Make sure you have the dates correct in the box to the right.

I'm on the Via Napoli page, entering dates well past Sept 10th and it is still telling me it does not exist

Just booked dinner on 11/28 for Via Napoli! I couldn't get the online booking link to work though. Had to go to the right hand side of the page and click on "list of Restaurants" and Via Napoli is listed there. I clicked on the link to make a res and voila! We are all set!

Hey TinkerBelle some people were having internet explorer issues if you have Firefox try that or do what people suggested in the search and start typing VIA and it should offer it to you

I kept having the same problems....
but...
I did a search on the date and time I wanted and just selected EPCOT and didn't type in any specific restaurant names. It returned a list of available restaurants and times - and Via Napoli was there...

Thank you. It was definitely an Internet Explorer issue. Tried Firefox and got an ADR no problem.

Just as an FYI...safari for mac appears to be having issues as well.

Online system is very slick now! I can tell they've made changes since I last booked online ADR's. This time around was extremely quick and very organized. Just made my ADR for October and can't wait!!

I just took a chance and called myself and yippee, I got exactly what I wanted. I would call if anyone is having trouble booking on-line.
