We have reservations at Via Napoli for 5 on Weds Sept 24. We have a 2 year old, and this is literally the ONLY reservation we have for table service that ISN'T a buffet. We have learned buffets are best with a little one, in the interest of allowing mommy to have a chance to eat too.

So, I'm wondering from those who've eaten there before, is there a long wait between ordering and getting your food? If we have an ADR for 8:30 pm, will we have to wait long for our table?

I am probably over-thinking this, but I'm tempted to forego this ADR (even though it looks delicious) for yet another buffet or family style meal for fear of meltdowns or the chance I don't get to eat because I'm following the little one around Italy while everyone else eats.

Thanks for your feedback!

We have found a wait before being seated of usually around 20 minutes. Our meals last, on average, of 2 hours. However, we've always got appetizers and that adds time to the reservation.

We usually order some drinks and appetizers, so it adds to the time. However, I find Via Napoli to be one of the faster meals. An hour and a half usually, but you could get out in less if you order pizzas. They bring the food out as it's ready, rather than all at once, so be aware of that. We really enjoy Via Napoli and it's bright and busy. Always lots of noise and families eating.

Depends on what you order. I just ate there and ordered spag and meatballs. My guest ordered chicken salad. Our food came out within 5 mins.

We've typically had pretty quick meals at VN. I'm talking around an hour with appetizer, entree and dessert.

Thanks for all your answers! I think we are gonna keep the ADR there!! I am excited to try it!

We usually just get a pizza and app at Via Napoli and we're out of there in about an hour.

Wait time will vary drastically depending on the time of year and crowd levels. The last time we ate there in May we waited maybe 5 minutes. Our waiter (not the food) was pretty slow and we were still out of there in less than 1.5 hours.
