I checked JetBlue for our area.

We would arrive at MCO around 10 PM !
We never have arrived that late.

For DME we pick up our own luggage
Cross over from A to B at MCO and maybe be on a DME bus
around 10:30 PM
Our arrival to the BWV would be about 11:30 PM with the DME ride.

Yes we would sleep in on our first day at WDW.

There are less than 50 rooms of a standard studio villa and the Boardwalk.
Maybe only 22 standard studio rooms -
Could we lose our reservation ?
Are there still BWV employees available to help check us in at 11:30 PM?
Could we still get a luggage rack to use ?
We would have paid thru Davids rentals

If we use garden grocer, should we ask for our food to be delivered to us the
next day at 10 am?

Please advise

Why not do online check in and let them text or email your room number to you. We use online check all the time. We go straight to our room. Most of the times things work great, but sometimes there are magicband glitches entering your room.

We arrived at VWL at 1AM after a really late flight. There will always be someone at the front desk.

Have you booked this already? IMO, I would save the points and stay at a hotel near the airport that night. Head back to the airport in the am, catch the ME to your resort, check in, leave your bags and go the parks rested.

We had a flight that should have got us to Florida around 4 or 5 pm. We had crazy issues resulting in an emergency landing and a huge delay. Long story short we called Akl and said we would have a late check in (we had already done online) and there was no issue with our 1am check in. The lobby was quiet and we only saw the one cast member, but Like I said no issue.

I answered you on your Resorts board post.

There is something magnificent about waking up in the place that you will be. It doesn't seem worth it ahead of time, but that morning it's glorious and can feel totally worth it. Your stuff is in place, you don't have to wait until after 4pm to feel confident that you'll get a room, etc.

Plus, she's already planning on sleeping in. :)

Coming from the west coast we are often on a late arriving flight. In Dec I think ME got to BCV about 11:50am and we've arrived even later than that. We've done this for years even prior to online check in and not had any issues. But I do now do the online check in just so it's noted for them to see although your airline information will be in there for MDE so they could see that as well.

Just make sure the resort knows you will be a late arrival. IF it were me, I'd ask David's to have MS note the late arrival on your reservation. There will be someone at the front desk if you need help checking in (if you don't do online or don't get your room number via the text) and there will be someone in Bell Services available if you need assistance with luggage. (They do not have luggage carts for guests to use). Arriving late is not uncommon. You'll be fine.
