Will be visiting Vero Beach in 6 weeks. Went there last year and loved it. Want to do some fishing in the ocean. Anyone have any recommendations?

I know I have read that there are charters out of Capt Hirams but that was before the hurricanes of a few years ago and don't know if they still do it. It is worth a try. I also googled this a couple of years back and there were lots of options north as far as Port Canaveral. Google FLA Sprotfishing and you will find lots of links.

We took a "jungle" cruise out of Captain Hiram's in mid June and they were still running charters out of the marina...
