My brother is going to Disney and he and his wife are vegetarians. I was wondering if there are any websites that can tell him where the best places to dine are. I know about Deb's site but was wondering if there are any others.
Thanks

I would just get them to look at the menus (either here or on Debs site), and pick places where the vegetarian dish appeals to them. Almost all Table Service restaurants have a veggie option, and if not they are very accomodating and will have no issues making a special dish.

CS is a bit more challenging, but again look through the menus to see what appeals. Sunshine Seasons, Tangerine Cafe and Columbia Harbour House offer a good veggie option.

Also we've found the TS with the most vegetarian options is Boma, with lots of vegetarian side dishes, pastas, soups, salads and dips. It's one of my vegetarian DH's favourites.

:thumbsup2 Thanks for that Boma info I know they will love that!

chrystal palace for dinner has lots of choices as well...

for counter service, pecos bill in frontierland in the magic kingdom has veggie burgers and you can put all the stuff from the fixins table on it...
they have sauteed onions and sauteed mushrooms - they make them fresh....that you can add to the veggie burger....makes it really special....

allears.net has a veggie section on their page as well as all the menus, so it's a great resource. Also, for a TS meals, you can call ahead of time to make sure there is something available.

Hope they have a great trip!

We are ovo-lacto vegetarians, and haven't been concerned at all about finding something to eat for our future WDW trip. Sometimes the menu hasn't appealed to me, but that happens in normal life anyway, and we either look at appetizers, or just don't go. WDW has the added bonus that they will generally help you out with something not on the menu. :)

Here are a few suggestions, but you will find many, many more if you look through the Dining Review board.

Cape May -- great salad bar, veggie dishes on the buffet, the Chef has always made us a special pasta with veggies if the pasta dish has meat in it. One of the soups here is usually totally vegetarian ( no meat stock), just ask the chef.

Tusker House -- so many choices on the lunch/dinner buffet -- many similar to Boma.

Spoodles -- always has a veggie option on the menu, usually can offer you one more (gnocci with veggies), and will take the meat/fish out of a couple of others. FANTASTIC selection of veggie appetizers.

California Grill -- always a couple of options on the menu and HIGHLY accommodating

My favorite CS options:
Boardwalk Bakery -- grilled veggie paninin sandwich
DHS Backlot Express -- grilled veggie sandwich
Epcot Sunshine Seasons -- vegetable lo mein, cuban sandwich, often have truly vegetarian soup
MK -- Columbia Harbor House -- veggie chili
Epcot -- Tangerine Cafe -- humus, pita, tabouleh, falafel
