Vegetarian options at Yak and Yeti?

Hi, have any vegetarians eaten at Yak and Yeti lately? I can see the fried green beans are available for an appetiser, but there are no veggie entrees on the menu.

Are they accomadating or will they just offer the steamed vegetables (available as a side dish) and rice, which doesn't sound particularly appetising?

I really want to try it but my vegetarian DH isn't comvinced.

but with any disney table service restaurant, you can call a day in advance and special order ....they are very very accomodating..
i've done that many times...not at yak and yeti as it wasn't open the last time we were there (in november)....but i'm sure they work the same way..

I know they had a vegetable lo mein on the menu when I was there, as pp stated they are very accomodating. Its my favorite restaurant!!

My understanding is that's made with beef stock.

I'd skip Y&Y and go to Tusker House instead.

I find it difficult to believe they don't have a veggie entree. What are they thinking?
