Agree about Tucker Hiuse. Visited AK many times and never ate there until last fall. OMG delicious!! I also really liked 1900 Park Fare for breakfast (I’m lactos-ovo vegetarian so there were lots of options). I never felt the place was too loud and there were never any lines at the buffet. Loved the character interactions we had, especially Tiana.

Boma at the Animal Kingdom Lodge resort for dinner. It's not a character meal, but it is a buffet with lots of vegan and vegetarian food similar to tusker house

You can visit the hotel without interacting with animals. Really more of a celebration of African culture

I've seen posts around the interwebz stating that you can get a plant protein bowl for dinner at Ale & Compass, but it is not listed on the menu posted at the official restaurant page, so I'm wondering if our reservation there will be pointless (not that a vegan donut flight is ever pointless!). Has anyone been recently and been able to order the plant protein bowl for dinner? I want to know whether to keep our ADR or schedule Cape May Cafe or something else (Disney Springs?) there instead.
