Vanessa Ann Hudgens Fired from Disney!

Okay, what you all cannot seem to grasp is the fact that she is 18! She is an adult and she may do what she wants. I doesn't matter what little girls and boys think of her because she is legally an adult. Whether they were of her consent or not, it doesn't matter! Anne Hathaway did Disney movies and then did a nude scene in Brokeback Mountain. Broke Shields did playboy younger when she was younger then Vanessa Hudgens. Did any of you stop to think maybe she doesn't want to just be known for HSM?

I'm just mentioning that this is a different matter.
Those pictures, were personal. As in not for getting a job or what have you, so that's not really similar to having a scene in a movie or purposely posing nude in a magazine.
I am certain that her intentions were not to leak a picture of herself naked. I mean really.

yes she is i don't want to defend her and who cares i think hsm will suck but i don't give a care she is and adult and i think she prop violated a contact and got fired and i don't think it was accidentally leaked either let her face it she did this

It was her in the picture, no amount of photoshop can make it look that good. Like I said before what she did was because she wanted to do it at the time but it was personal. Thats if one of my friends at school took a naked picture and it got posted everywhere on myspace, people would be like OMG! and then forget about it...but with Vanessa and other famous people they make it into this huge thing.

She did what she did, and now because it leaked she has to pay the consequences. I like her but lets face it the picture was horrible.

I'm kinda of glad she was fired since now it will give stars a clue that consequences do come when you do stupid things like this so yes she should have been fired and now it will be a perfect example for other stars

but i guess it's what you believe in ec. etc.
i believe in personal expression, and i am in no way offended by those pictures.
I just don't understand why society today is so prudish! IT'S A NAKED BODY! WE ALL HAVE ONE! And if someone wants to take a photo of themselves naked I really DON'T see the problem with it.
Yeah she's a role model for young girls, yeah she works for Disney.
But the girl's 18. she's legal adult, i feel REALLY sorry for her that those photos somehow came out.
It's not like she was posing nude for playboy for the purpose of millions of people seeing her naked. She was trying to do something sexy for her boyfriend.

This isn't the first time a celebrity has had nude pictures come out of themselves. Vanessa Williams, sometime in the 80's, and I'm sure more people before that. You think they would have learned when that happened.

I'm not offended by the pictures. I just don't think that a young woman, representing Disney; a family company, should have done something like this. It's her fault for making the choice of taking the pictures and it's her fault they came out. If they were personal, then why did she send them to anyone? And was it actually for Zac?

Yeah, you're totally right that she is representing a family company and stuff. But I guess that kinda sucks for her, because she IS representing Disney, she can't be sexy or whatever. And I'm sure she didn't send them to anyone, the paparazzi/journalists for tabloids have their crazy sneaky ways of getting their hands on celebs' private stuff.

I feel bad for V. I'm 17 and can really relate to making a stupid mistake or two. If the pictures were never meant to get out, then I don't think it should be anyone's buisness. If Disney fires her, the lets hope there was something in her contract (about pictures like these ones getting out, or even taking them in general, contracts are scarily specific) and their not just firing her for a personal mistake.

I think little girls do look up to her, but mostly look up to her character Gabriella. How much do we really know about any of the Disney's stars personal lives? Not much, we really have no idea. I don't think she should be fired. She is an actress and she can still pull the role of Gabriella off.

I wonder what will happen next.

I really hope that her fans don't hold this against her. I TRULY feel for her and I hope it doesn't ruin her future. I hope Disney doesn't wind up firing her for an honest teenage mistake. I'm pretty sure she HAS learned a valuable lesson. She's 18, 18 is the time in your life to be rebellious and crazy and make mistakes and do things that you'll regret.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. I've never been a fan of hers, but in this case, I'm on team Vanessa.
