She really did screw up. Whether the photos were personal or not, celebrities need to look back on other celebrities' mistakes (Paris, Vanessa Williams, girl on American Idol, etc. etc.) they should learn.

I'm not a vanessa anne fan, but you know what, i really do feel for the girl.

I know alot of you are like "GOOD! she took nude photos, she deserves to suffer the consequences" but being 18 myself, I can relate. I do stupid crap sometimes (not taken nude photos though!) but I mean, at 18, you want to be rebellious and expirience life. And I know that TONS of girls my age have probably taken nude photos of themselves, because they're at that age. But it sucks for Vanessa, because she is famous and this will probably ruin her career. For the other girls my age who do it, it'll just be embarassing for them if they get out, but it won't ruin their lives.

Anyways, that being said, I realize Disney is a family company, and they don't need nude photos of their star actress circulating.
She probably thought they'd never get out (which i don't really understand how they DID get out? ), which is naive of her, being in hollywood. But I do feel really bad for her.

I hope she gets some awesome ocasr winning non-disney, adult role now.
I really do hope she can still find work as an actress. As I said, I'm not a Vanessa fan or anything, but I hope this doesn't ruin her career.

It's so funny how famous people these days take porn movies or nude pictures and then all of a sudden it "accidentlly" gets put out everywhere. I dont think that with Vanessa it was an accident I think that whoever put it out knew what he/she was doing...

So are you saying it's not real? That's why many DISers saw the picture yesterday and that's why there's a lot of articles and quotes from her reps. Yeah, never say never.

Vanessa Hudgens plays Gabriella, the brainy love interest of Zac Efron's basketball star, in "High School Musical."

"This was a photo which was taken privately," said Jill Fritzo, Hudgens' publicist, on Friday. "It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate that this has become public."

The photo shows the 18-year-old actress standing naked in what appears to be a bathroom, with a red shower curtain behind her.

The Disney Channel (part of the Walt Disney Co.) denied a published report that Hudgens will be dropped from the upcoming feature film "High School Musical 3." That movie is in development and negotiations with the stars are incomplete.

Disney had no further comment about the pictures.

Hudgens portrayed Gabriella, the brainy love interest of Zac Efron's basketball star in the first two "High School Musical" movies. The two are said to be dating in real life.

"High School Musical 2" attracted more than 17 million viewers for its Disney Channel premiere in August, the most-watched television program of the summer. A feature film "High School Musical 3" is planned.

Okay, what you all cannot seem to grasp is the fact that she is 18! She is an adult and she may do what she wants. I doesn't matter what little girls and boys think of her because she is legally an adult. Whether they were of her consent or not, it doesn't matter! Anne Hathaway did Disney movies and then did a nude scene in Brokeback Mountain. Broke Shields did playboy younger when she was younger then Vanessa Hudgens. Did any of you stop to think maybe she doesn't want to just be known for HSM?
