Oh my gosh, that is one cute bag! I bet you'll get a lot of envious comments on it! What a clever idea! Thanks for putting up the photos for me!

Okay, it's bedtime for me now! ;) It's already past midnight and I need to get up at 5.30am! :scared1:

Another wonderful update Karin!

I want to go back to OKW just so I can eat at Olivia's every day! The strawberries and cream, ooh the eggs benny, no wait the breakfast cuban....I am just going to order all of it and not share with Todd LOL!

And thank you so much for the pics of Via Napoli, we will be having dinner there on our next trip and I was having a tough time deciding what to order. Well your review helped out a lot because we have to get the risotto balls, I must have that artichoke pizza (I was thinking of the sausage broccoli rabe) and the mini risotto donuts...OOH BABY November cannot come soon enough!

So, does Tom miss the Camaro? :lmao:

Great updates, Karin. We have a lunch ADR at Via Napoli in February and I spent a few moments earlier today looking at their menu. Between that and your update, well, let's just say I can't wait to get there!

Love the updates, especially of Via Napoli. Am really hoping to eat there sooner rather than later. Looks yummo!

But I have to say you scared me when your post wandered to Germany. I was expecting a photo of "her"....my nemesis.

Hey Karin! So sorry for taking so long to get caught up!

Your first days are starting off so well. That proscuitto pizza looks SOOOOO GOOOOD. I love artichokes too! I'll have to try that pizza one day!

Ahh, your pictures of Epcot are really bringing me back. I didn't even see that bird hat in Germany! I think I might have still been a little drunk at that point.....I'll be writing about that on my TR soon.

Fried cheese with choco sauce and whipped cream.......woow....I wonder how people come up with these ideas? I'd love to try that too.

Great updates :thumbsup2

Via Napoli looks scrummy and that dessert :cloud9:

How awesome does that strawberries and cream look, yes please :teeth:

Awesome update Karin !!!I loved the breakfast at Olivias !! Never eaten there but their menu sounds soooooo good !!!I also want to try Via Napoli!!!

After looking at the pictures from Via Napoli my DH said we have to try it. Mick loves pizza, the first place he wants to eat at Oct. 1st is Wolfgang Puck's Cafe for the pizza. Now he has another pizza to try, and the restaurant looks nice, love the ovens!

Hi Karin,

I am back and catching up this morning. It was so nice to meet you and Tom and Joe and Mary Ellen. :goodvibes

Congrats on the car upgrade! That's awesome!!!

OKW looks very nice. :thumbsup2

And I LOVE your D&B bag!!!!

Can't wait to read more........

Signing on and can't wait to get started reading this TR! Looks amazing, wish i could spend all of that time in Disney!!!!:cloud9: Looking forward to more of your fabulous trip!!

Thank you!

We LOVE OKW (well, we just spent 21 nights there, so that is obvious! :lmao:) and Olivia's - I just wish we had spent more credits there.

Nicki, you are so going to love Via Napoli - very authentic food and VERY tasty - we dumped Tutto in favour of Via Napoli towards the end of our trip, because we loved it so much!
The Arancini are devine - soooooooo yummy and the pizza :cloud9: and don't even let me start on the fried ricotta!

Tom is devastated I was not able to fit his new toy (Camaro) into one of our suitcases - seriously, he REALLY enjoyed driving it (and showing it off! ;)) We got so many comments (and turned heads) on the car, it was just unbelievable - I miss it too! :lmao:

Great updates, Karin. We have a lunch ADR at Via Napoli in February and I spent a few moments earlier today looking at their menu. Between that and your update, well, let's just say I can't wait to get there!

Well, I guess this is one of the "must return" restaurants for February. We decided on NOT doing that many TS next trip/February, but I guess we won't be able to do it without Via Napoli.

Love the updates, especially of Via Napoli. Am really hoping to eat there sooner rather than later. Looks yummo!

But I have to say you scared me when your post wandered to Germany. I was expecting a photo of "her"....my nemesis.

We did run into your "friend", Miss White a few times and every time we did your name got mentioned! :rotfl2:

You are really going to love Via Napoli - they have a fun 1/2 meter pizza for the whole family to share! Your girls are going to love it!

I hope everything turns out well with the newest edition to your family - that cute little boy. So sorry about Mindy! She would have had a wonderful life in your family!

Don't worry, I am still not caught up on all the trip reports yet!

Both pizzas were devine - you need to give that new pizza place a try next time.
I am always super critical walking into the German store - the usually sell merchandise that clearly comes from their neighbouring countries (for some time they were selling "Haller Tex" which had "made in Austria" in very bold print on the back and they still sell "Toblerone" from Switzerland and "Ferrero" products from Italy! ;) :lmao:

The fried ricotta ball are an old traditional Italian dish - they are WONDERFUL and they serve it with dark chocolate sauce - heaven on a plate!

Great updates :thumbsup2

Via Napoli looks scrummy and that dessert :cloud9:

How awesome does that strawberries and cream look, yes please :teeth:

Thank you!

You are going to love VN and the ice-cream sundae! :thumbsup2

The strawberries were the perfect way to kick off our vacation - I loved them! :goodvibes

Awesome update Karin !!!I loved the breakfast at Olivias !! Never eaten there but their menu sounds soooooo good !!!I also want to try Via Napoli!!!

Thank you, Rosie, you need to go and check out Olivia's for yourself - just take the boat from DTD to OKW, it's right at the boat dock - and the food is so good! ...... the same goes for VN! You need to try it on your next trip!

Teri, both places, WPC and Via Napoli serve real good pizzas. Via Napoli has the more authentic one and WPC has a more inventive one - but still very good!
How much longer until you leave?

popcorn::

Don't leave us hanging, Karin!

Mickey demands I go and earn some money for him ........ :lmao: otherwise I would be online night and day, posting updates for my DIS friends!

I cannot believe your trip is over already! Didn't you just arrive? Where did the time go?

I hope you had the trip of a life time! Can't wait to hear all about it and you NEED to check out OKW once - it is so nice there!

Signing on and can't wait to get started reading this TR! Looks amazing, wish i could spend all of that time in Disney!!!!:cloud9: Looking forward to more of your fabulous trip!!

Welcome! :flower3:

I love new readers! I hope you enjoy the rest of the "trip" as much as we did! :cloud9:

Alright, Via Napoli is on my list of places to eat on my next trip! Heaven on a plate indeed. I'm drooling just THINKING about it!

Karin, I made a lunch ADR for Via Napoli on our last day in the parks. We leave in 10 days! I also did a pre-trip report if you haven't seen it already. Can't wait to read more of your reports. The pictures are great.:thumbsup2

Hi, Karin. Popping in to say hi. We're here with Nicki now and spent 90 minutes with her this morning. Meeting for coffee again tomorrow a.m. and then dinner with her and Todd tomorrow night -- going Hibachi.

Karin....if you had to chose one, which would you chose, Via Napoli or Chefs de France? I have an ADR for both close to the same time, and will need to cancel one eventually. I have never been to either, and never been super excited about Chefs but heard good reviews. But now that I have read about Via, It looks soooo good.

Karin, I've now read through all your lovely reports and want to thank you for them! I can't believe we were "neighbors" for two weeks in August... I would have loved to meet you and Tom, but alas, didn't read this report until after we were both back home.

There's always next summer if you have room for a groupie in your trip! I enjoyed our two weeks at OKW so much (I'm now convinced that there's nothing like a long vacation), that I'm considering doing it again next summer.

We've made an ADR at Via Napoli b/c I can't stop thinking about those fried risotto balls. :cloud9: Plus, I told DH about the pizza they have and he was so IN!!! :rotfl: I have to have that dessert, too!!! Only 8 days now, nearly 7!
