valet parking no longer free

WE have just returned and got a shock at Boardwalk resort when we valet parked our car,they said as from 4 weeks ago DVC members no longer get free parking....I have not spotted this in any of the Disney file mags...I know the price of valet parking had gone up.... but they are now charging $12 for DVC members
