UTV vs Golf Cart

Hello everyone. I have a quick question. We are coming down in April next year and have both a 4 seater golf cart and a side by side UTV. We would rather bring the UTV than the golf cart because it seats the appropriate amount of people whereas the golf cart requires people to sit on laps.

Is there any rules against using the UTV vs the golf cart?

UTVs are prohibited. They only allow golf cart type vehicles.

UTVs are not allowed. You are also not allowed to sit on the driver's lap on the golfcart. You may sit on a passenger's lap if they are secured by the passenger.
