Just to make sure I understand correctly....I am purchasing points from my friend. So, she can purchase the dining plan for me using my disney vacation account? We are together all the time, so this could be done when we are doing one of our other adventures

If I rent points from someone else, can they order the dining plan for me using my DVA, so long as I provide the account number to them?
