Using ez car rental

Has anyone had any experience with ez rental?? If so how was it?

I used them several years ago (probably 4 years). The first car we rented (a compact) had problems with the alignment, so we returned it immediately. They let us pick whichever car we wanted to replace it. It was a much nicer car but also had issues with the wheels being improperly balanced when we hit 65. I haven't rented from them since because I wouldn't want to deal with the inconvenience of improperly serviced cars again. However, they are still in business so they must be competitive.

I hope you get better reviews than mine because I would like to try them again.
