Using a code & adding the dining plan

Can you do this? I thought I read somewhere that you need to pay full price for the room in order to purchase the plan?? I may be confused with the free dining---

Yes you can and no you dont. If you have a discount code you can do the dining at regular price and still get the discount on the room
