I saw a clip on our local news this morning about a "cow tax" in Pennsylvania. It seems it was briefly considered by our great state government at the suggestion of the PA Dept of Environmental Protection because of the amount of "greenhouse gasses" cows produce. What do you want - they eat nothing but roughage all day! So now global warming is caused by cow farts, and by taxing the cows who fart it will prevent drastic changes in the climate - if the cows have to pay, they will fart less.

Do you think this would work with most of the male population?

They were considering that for the upstate NY farmers as well...how ridiculous. (I mean the farms that have cows..not the farmers themselves..although I'm not really sure now...! )
