US phone number help

Hi All

This might sound like a really odd request. Im trying to set up a Google voice account. So I sign up to a few loyalty programs for stores for my trip.

But it will only give you a Google voice number if you all ready have a US number.

Would anyone be willing to let me verify via them and then delete there number from my google account.

Basically I just need a number to send the verification code too.

Told you it was an odd request !

I can get all the set up done. But non of the free apps I have found for a temp US number work unfortunately. So cant get verified
