Kids QS credits

I’m considering getting the qs dining plan for a trip later this year. Can anyone tell me, with the kids credits are they separated from the adult credits? If they are and the QS location doesn’t do a kids menu, can the kids credits be used on an adult meal then?

The Walt Disney World website (https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/en_CA/dining/plans/) says:

• If using the dining plan, Guests ages 3 to 9 must order from a children’s menu, where available.

I would interpret that to mean that if a children's menu is not available, then kids' credits can be used for the adult menu. That's how it worked when my family had the dining plan several years ago.

Yes, if there is a restaurant that doesn’t have a separate kid menu, you can use the kid QS for an adult QS meal.
