Upgrading vs Buying from Ticketmania

I'm a little slow tonight I guess. I already have a seven day MYW ticket left over from last Sept (when I used an AP). For this next trip I bought one day base tickets for both my mom and myself (in order to get the free dining in Sept). I had planned to then buy my mom a ticket from Ticketmania to add to her one day ticket (since ticketmania is a little cheaper). However I just figured out that it would really be cheaper if I 'upgrade' her ticket at WDW? If I pay the difference between the one day base ticket ($67.10 with tax) that we had to buy any way to get the free dining and a seven day base ticket ($219.39 with tax) it would just be $152.29. Right?

I don't know the exact figures, but yes it makes better financial sense to upgrade the one-day base pass.
