Upgrading to AP

I will be staying at WDW for the first week of August with several members of my extended family. My uncle booked a 5+2 package. I'd like to somehow turn my Park Hopper included into an annual pass because I plan on going to WDW on my own expense next May. Is it possible to upgrade to AP when I get there?

As I answered in the other thread where you asked this, the answer is no you can't. UPH's that are part of a package cannot be upgraded.
