Upgrading to Ap and getting FP

I bought a 5 day for me and my sons' strip in May. Well, my husband and I decided we are going in February. I will be upgrading my 5 day to an AP when we go in February. Can I put my 5 day in MDE to get my fast passes and change the ticket number or whatever I need to change once I get my AP? Also, can i change my sons' ticket to my husbands name and use that to get his fast passes? I'll just buy my sons' ticket later. I haven't been to Disney since they started the new fast passes so I'm not sure how to make all this work. Lol

1. Yes.
2. Yes, if need be. (AFAIK, once you upgrade, the AP will automatically become listed in your MDE account.)
3. You can reassign new tickets, but only if your son's ticket has never been used a all.
