Upgrading tickets onsite

So I just got disconnected after talking to 3 diff agents and right at the 4 hour mark. Trying to upgrade our tickets . It’s exhausting and I won’t be doing again.
How hard time consuming is it to do it onsite at guest services ? Can I do it at Disney springs ? Surely it has to be quicker than 4+ hours .
( looking online the tickets we currently have are $105 cheaper than park hoppers and water park yet when they quote me the diff it was a lot more than that.. I’m so confused hence why I was waiting for a supervisor .)

I can't answer your question about onsite upgrade, but I had luck calling this number - 407-939-1289 - you can request a callback so you aren't sitting there forever.

Also, do you have the expired Canadian resident tickets? If so, you're paying not the upgrade cost from current price of what you have to what you want, but the difference between what you paid/what the ticket was worth when you got it, and what it costs now, which is likely why the delta is higher than you expected.

I already paid to upgrade to what ten ticket is worth for that date . I did that months ago .. so it should be worth the same now

I simply change my mind now and maybe want park hoppers and water park .

If you have valid tickets and can book your parks, I'd wait and do it onsite. You should be able to at the hotel concierge desk, or at the parks. I believe you have to do it before a certain number of days of ticket are used, and regardless it will apply to the total number of days. But I'd wait and do it then if you are just maybe looking to add hoppers or water parks.
