Lisa,
This is AMAZING! I can only dream of the amount of time you put into this!
I thought of a few things that I didn't see listed. If they are, please forgive me for the oversight.
1. The Vista Spa offers length of cruise passes for the Rainforest. In my oppinion they are really cheap too! I want to say somewhere between $50 - 70 depending on length of cruise. I often go there after walking around the ports of call while my family either takes a nap of goes to the pool. The heated lounge chairs are the perfect place to relax and read my book. Plus, you get full use of the steam rooms & showers.
2. Ladies, bring a light sweater or jacket for the evenings (or shawl for formal night). The deck gets a little windy/chilly at night, but it's a great place to go to enjoy an after dinner drink or just gaze at the ocean and stars.
3. I know you mentioned to pack beer & wine in your carry-on but you can pack liquer too! Mixed drinks are expensive so fill your mug/cup with your desired amount of alcohol in your stateroom then go up to the deck 9 beverage station and viola!
