I'm so excited our tree is there, our tree is there!!! OK, I'm not, but I feel so much closer.

I'm musing over whether to bring an ornament that represents our state or wait and get one at Disney to send back. What do you all think???/

Laura, thank you so much for doing this! I am really excited about our upcoming trip and tree. This is our first time there during the Christmas season.

Would love to hear from DisneyTarheel about the tree since we'll be receiving it in about a week.

The tree was beautiful and our kids were very excited with the surprise.

Boxed it back up when we checked out on Thursday and taped the list of names on the outside like we were instructed to do. Had a bit of a confusing time explaining to bell service what the box was and what the names meant that were taped to the outside when we checked out, so hope all goes well for family #2. I am still slightly fearful that they will somehow think the box was something we forgot and try to ship it home to us . . . ;-)

if you cross your last name of on the list that is on the outside of the tree box, there should be no reason for the resort to try to ship the tree back home to you. I am glad you enjoyed the tree and thank you for the feedback !

Hi,

We will be leaving in 5 more days and will be bringing VWL #2 tree.

Just to let the other families know what the box looks like that are sharing the tree.

The box is white, 12"X12"X36" long and a flyer with "Disney's Wilderness Lodge Villas, DVC Christmas tree #2", and the names of the other families sharing the tree taped to the outside.

BCV #1 Tree sent FEDEX this morning will be there friday. The brown cardboard box about 36x18 with fedex stickers all over the box. The box also has red writing on both sides saying SOLARONICS GAS INFRA-RED HEATER also CHRISTMAS TREE FRAGILE more fedex stickers.
on top of the box is a red mickey/minnie and friends 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper in a plastic sleeve with the DVC logo my address & the BCV address c/o the first families name.

The second sheet of paper in a plastic sleeve is blue with all the families & arrival Dates.

Welp I just checked the tracking at All the trees arrived!! BUT only one box of orniments/balcony light/extension cord box arrived, and that would be SSR's box. So the BWV Tree (Erica) will get the short end of the deal... sorry!!! Then again I forgot to pack hooks and she didnt have time to pick up hooks so they wouldnt have been able to hang the orniments anyways. lol

The others are in Orlando, but I dont know if FEDEX ground will deliever them on the weekend.

At least all the trees are there on time and the other boxes will arrive in time for the other resorts...

I cant wait for the first reports to come back about all trees.... This is such a great pixie dust thing... Thanks wdwstar for putting it all together!

Everything is included... IF the first person in your group remember what I forgot... lol which is hooks for the orniments and an outdoor 15 foot extension cord....

How tall is the tree? We will be part of OKW tree #1. Can't wait to leave soon.

The trees will be anywhere between 2' to 4' making 3 ' ideal. You can ask mrsswat, she was the member that sent the tree down okw #1

Bell Services is still confused as they couldn't find VWL #3 for us to pick it up today.

Sonogirl - do you know who you gave the tree to? Was it Bell Services or concierge? Thanks!
