Hi, I've been lurking around here for about three years so I have read your posts and thought that you sounded like a great guy. Amy and Kimberly are sure lucky!! I have never posted anything before but I have been so moved by your post that I just had to reply.

I've been posting updates in on the CB. So far, no news IS good news. The last checkup (Monday), the Doctor said, basically, "no news is good news." There's no change, meaning the problems are still there. But they aren't getting any worse, and every day that passes is a day closer to the August time-frame. If we make it that far (and hopefully to late August), it's still a stinker, but it's workable.

Thanks for the PD. I'll take every bit you can spare! We've kept Amy busy with slow work on the nursery (I hope to soon post a picture of our Pooh-based empire) and begining to answer the close to 100 pieces of mail, twice that in email, that Amy's received. Last night (the night we were to be in Margaritaville at Citiwalk), I took Amy out to our local Sports Bar. We sat on the deck in a rare Central PA sunny afternoon. Amy had virgin Pina Coladas, and the manager put tropical music on for me. She smiled all the way home as we listened (for the hundredth time), to a fine gift we recieved from a Disboarder: The Illuminations/ToD CD. It was the perfect evening!

So the key word is "stable." Thanks for asking, and thanks for the bump! Disboarders are the kindest people we've ever met. Kimberly Jane says "thanks."

Thanks for the update, Pat. I don't get over to the CB very often these days.

I am happy that things are stablized for Amy and Kimberly. I hope and pray that they continue to be.

DD will be coming your way tomorrow on a trip to Hershey Park with her GS troop. I will send an EXTRA load of PD (and prayers! ) with her to deliver to State College as they pass by.
