Hi there,
I'm just back from Jersey Week and wanted to report the changes I experienced with Jedi Training. Jedi Training was the one thing I was stressed out about because it was an absolute must-do for us. We anticipated waiting in line for a long while until an opening came up in the later shows.
I couldn't tell you how pleased I was to find out that when we arrived at the staging area, that the lovely cast member told us that from now on (it was actually the third day they had done sign ups this way!) children would be signed up to fill in the shows on a first come first serve basis and the children need not wait in line and devote the day to this- we were given a return time and card. Loved this!
I know some of you, especially during SWW, experienced Jedi Training this way. But others, experienced waiting in line all day for their time to come up. I think this is an awesome solution to the confusion of the sign ups!
My son and daughter were in the 10:50 show and by the way, we signed up to do this on an EMH morning. So, before 9:00, we rode TSMM, had fast passes in hand, and were signed up for Jedi Training to return at 10:20 for the 10:50 show. The day couldn't have been better! Hope this helps anyone who has this on their list!
HTH,
Christine

We were in the first group when we did this in April but having to stand in the line, in the full sun started wearing on my DS that he almost wanted out of line and was almost willing to give up the experience. We shaded each other and hung in there and of course it was a highlight for him. I love the idea of handing out the cards!!
